Rullan Scott Technologies, LLC is a Florida limited liability company with a mailing address at 100 East Pine St, Suite 110, Orlando, FL 32801.

We collect personal information directly from you when you use either of the two forms on this Site:

Contact form: corporate email address (required — personal and disposable email domains are rejected), company name (optional), reason for contact (required), preferred cofounder (optional), and a free-text description of your business and infrastructure (required).

OCI diagnostic and report: corporate email address (required), company name (optional), company size or number of employees (optional), and your diagnostic answers, which produce a total score, a per-domain breakdown, and an identified weakest domain. Completing the diagnostic generates a PDF report containing these results.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, through our hosting provider and any analytics tools in use. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this Site, and we ask that you not include sensitive personal details in the free-text field on the contact form.

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit the contact form or complete the OCI diagnostic. Submissions are screened by automated bot detection before being processed. We do not purchase or obtain personal information about you from data brokers, list vendors, or other third-party sources.

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule a conversation with a cofounder;
• Generate and deliver your OCI diagnostic result and report;
• Maintain a record of your enquiry and result in our customer relationship management system, so a cofounder can follow up personally;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including detecting and preventing automated abuse; and
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not use it for advertising or send you marketing communications beyond following up on the enquiry you submitted.

We share personal information with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

HubSpot: our customer relationship management platform, which stores the contact and diagnostic data submitted through both forms.

Vercel: which hosts this website; through Vercel Blob it stores the generated OCI report PDFs, and through its bot-detection service it processes submission signals to help block automated abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any third party for their own advertising or marketing purposes. We may also disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rullan Scott Technologies, our users, or others.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. These may include strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand visitor traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

We retain the personal information described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver your OCI report, and maintain our business records, and in any event no longer than 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and similar laws in other states. Where applicable, these rights may include the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared;
• Access a copy of your personal information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete personal information we hold about you;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or its use for targeted advertising — we do not engage in either, so there is nothing to opt out of; and
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them.

This Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
